Dr. Dan F. Bautista finished his Family Practice Residency Training at Flower Hospital in Slyvania, Ohio.  He graduated medical school at Manila Central University College of Medicine, Philippines.  He is Board Certified in Family practice. 

Dr. Bautista is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the Ohio State Medical Association
